Join us for Rossini’s version of Cinderella, which has been delighting audiences of all ages for over two hundred years. A wonderful comedy where our heroine navigates her dysfunctional family, and a prince who has switched places with his valet while searching for his true love. This thrilling story brings shenanigans, mistaken identities, and of course-a happy ending.

Join Kitsap Opera for a Journey Through Italy--an evening of drinks, dinner, and operatic fan favorites performed by regional artists. Celebrating 30 years serving the peninsula, Kitsap Opera is showcasing pieces from previously performed operas, such as I Pagliacci, Marriage of Figaro, Barber of Seville, and more.
Founded in 1992 by Leone Cottrell-Adkins, the Kitsap Peninsula Opera Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to hiring regional artists, educational outreach, and showcasing opera as an accessible, delightful art form with over 45 performances and events to its history. Under new management and as the Admiral Theatre’s first resident performing arts company, Kitsap Opera is bringing more programming than ever to the community which has been so diligently supportive over the last three decades.

Kitsap Opera returns to Bremerton's Admiral Theatre with a festival of Christmas and holiday entertainment. Celebrate the season with a special holiday one-act opera followed by a holiday sing-along featuring local artists performing a variety of seasonal favorites.
Amahl and the Night Visitors by Gian Carlo Menotti is a retelling of the story of the Magi based on Italian folk tales of the Nativity and Epiphany.

Since 1992, Kitsap Peninsula Opera Guild has produced opera in Bremerton and throughout Kitsap County. Founder Leone Cottrell-Adkins championed accessible opera for families and artists in Kitsap and Western Washington and that tradition continues today.

About Kitsap Opera
Founded in 1992 by Leone Cottrell-Atkins, Kitsap Opera is one of the leading artistic organizations of West Sound. Its 1992 fully-staged production of I Pagliacci has been followed by ambitions undertaking including La Boheme, the Barber of Seville, Daughter of the Regiment, the Magic Flute, The Merry Widow, Cosi Fan Tutte, and the Merry Wives of Windsor.
The Kitsap Opera is an opera group in the European tradition in that we offer an intermediate step for singers between college training and major American opera companies.
Our Mission
To give professional entertainment value to the West Sound region and afford Northwest artists an opportunity to perform major operatic roles.
In The Community
Kitsap Opera showcases many West Sound artists which provides an educational outreach to the regions schools. We are indebted to local chorus and orchestra members who are the backbone of our company. Kitsap Opera is a member of Opera America, a service organization for professional opera with 2,450 opera companies, affiliates, and individual members located in the United States, Canada, Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America.
